Cool expression of new world Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are among the most versatile and widely planted varieties in the world. We love the wines when they are sustainable and grown in cool growing regions. Especially in the new world some of these new cool regions are adopted for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Some of the regions you could expect are Central Otago in New-Zealand, Elgin from South-Africa and of course the region we have visited in February: Oregon, USA.
